Announcing the Membership System for LIVE IT
Today, we're rolling out our new Membership System. Initially designed for a multi-award winning tourist attraction, we've perfected our design and are thrilled to be making it available to all our clients.
Our System can be used for all your membership needs. It's perfect for things like Gym Memberships, Season Tickets for Sports Clubs or Teams, Venue and Attraction Memberships, or Seasonal or Annual Passes for Theatres.
With the LIVE IT Membership System, you can easily set up Membership Plans, manage Access Control, and create Members-only Sales or special offers. Read on to learn more about our new features, and stay tuned to this blog for in depth Feature Focus articles.
Membership Plans
You can easily set up membership plans with different payment schedules on our system, allowing your members to pay monthly, quarterly, annually…or set your own validity periods.
Our system will automatically send reminders to members whose membership is about to lapse. You can customise how far ahead you would like the reminder to go out.
You can register a whole family with ease under one membership! Manage family memberships under one clean dashboard display without having to look up each member of the family.
Access Control
Our membership cards can be stored electronically on Google or Apple Wallets, or if you prefer, they can be printed on physical cards as well.
Gone are the days of rummaging through your purse looking for membership cards for each family member, as with the LIVE IT Membership System, the whole family can be checked in with one easy scan.
Members-only Sales
Members can have access to priority or exclusive sales with their member ID. Our authentication system can check for valid IDs at checkout and create member-exclusive ticket types for your membership perk needs.
